Running to Catch The Sky

Proof of today's snowfall.

Look! Real snow! It's actually warmer now than it was last week, and sunnier. Why is this? I think it's something to do with air pressure. Can you tell me? Also, I'm beginning to wonder if our seasons are still accurate. Are people still expecting the old seasons to make sense again?

No, I live in North Lincolnshire, UK. Perhaps there is something in common with the local geography.
